Spelt

Spelt is considered the origin of all the varieties of wheat because it is known that we have been cultivating spelt from about 7,000 years ago. It is easy to assimilate for the body and provides beneficial nutrients for the regeneration of tissues and organs. It provides lots of fiber making it ideal for constipation, obesity and any problem derived from lack of fiber.
